Looking very good! 
Now turn the red down slightly and the blue up very slightly and it will look more or less perfect.

Will do, Mark. What adjustment do you usually use for colour? eg hue saturation, colour balance etc etc
Mark, I know I have seen it before, but...I saw your M31 in our astrophotography section, took my breath away.....perfection!

Fay, Just go into photoshop and add a colour balance layer.

Use those sliders to turn down the red an up the other colours until you get some semblance of joy.

Rough and ready, but should work wonders.
