Why not split the sky up into many pieces and we can all do our very own complete sky scan.
with every one concentrating on their own piece of the sky:cheesy:

That way we can spend the next 5 cloudy months, looking through the whole sky.


I wouldn't realy worry though, its probably going to be cloudy anyway,
Since when have the met office ever managed to  corectly predict the weather.

Just look at the 1987 gales, couldn't get that one further from the truth.

Im off to Ashdown forest tonight to do some imaging with the Mid kent AS, so fingers crossed I might actually get one of those objects I can't see at all tonight, might try for cocoon again, which has to be the most dissapointing image I've taken to date, over 2 hours of data and nothing but a red smudge!

Joking aside with the met office, they tend to be pretty accurate up to about 2 days In advance

I've got a feeling there won't be much of a comparison, my last attempt was a smudge, and Im not sure that was ALL because of the light polution
