Hello All

Here are three images taken over the end of year holiday period and in January.  The first two under poor conditions - which show in the uneven background and lack of detail - whilst the last one under nicer, more transparent conditions, at the end of the week before last:

Sh2-239 in Taurus

NGC 4236 in Draco

And LBN 798, vdB31, B26-28 in Auriga

Full details of acquisition at the Astrobin links provided.
Let's hope for better conditions in February and beyond!
Thanks

They all look good to me Roberto.

Don't suppose you'd be tempted to come down to Cairds where it is Bortle 4 as you have everything working so well in your obsy, I guess for you it would be too much work to de-rig and re-rig.  Though i do it all the time.

Thank you!
It would be very difficult for me to dismantle my imaging rig and move it around.  I am getting another scope in March/February and will purchase for it a colour camera for wide field photography.  I may take that on the road later...and accompany you to Cairds.  We shall see!  It has been ages since I've driven anywhere for imaging.

Lovely images Roberto - as usual!

Of the three, my favourite is the last one:  LBN 798, vdB31, B26-28 in Auriga.

Thank you Mark!
Conditions were so much better for that one; what a difference a clear moonless night makes!

All top quality and amazing stars as usuall,

On this one the star about midway at the bottom seems to have a lot more spikeyness than the others just wondered why this would be?

Thank you!
I think I get some microlensing with my camera and it shows as diffraction spikes for some bright stars. Some may be simple reflections also.
