Red Screen

Found a great tip on one of the forums for changing your laptop screen to Red.

It's called Red Screen - just download to your computer and you can turn it on and off, increase or lower the red.  I have put it on my desktop to see if it's any good, but the red is a bit bright, but I am sure if you put it on your laptop, you can turn the brightness down.

I am going to put it on my laptops as one of them I have a job to fix the plexi glass on.  Also useful for a back up if you forget your plexi glass.

I installed it some time ago but didn't really like it.  Not all apps look good with the red screen switched on and just as you say, it is a bright red.  But it's OK for an emergency.

Yes I put it on one of the laptops today and turned the brightness down.  I guess it is handy to have it installed if you forget your red plexi glass.
