Hi,

I'm going to use the DMK from Rob as a guider for my completed 8" Carbon Tube newt, just wondered if anyone had used one of the finder to c-mount adaptors for this use, I think I saw one with Mick and Dunc?

Yep it works fine using PHD, just remember to focus it first

Hi Chris,

I have one of these up the back of the Meade finder http://moonfishgroup.com/catalog/product_info.php?cPath=53&products_id=67&osCsid=7adb1f7013a0b90ed8d41f6861cb3b21 which is an M49 to T-thread adapter ring. It fits very snuggly in the Meade finderscope tube, I haven't had to fix it in any way.
