New Moon is actually over the weekend of the 29th/30th July

I misread the calendar and moved the dates because of a Scottish bank holiday

Shall we move the dates to the New Moon or are we happy to stick with a week later ?

I'll be in France either weekend so I will have my own DSC (without the C bit!). The conversation won't be so enjoyable though as there are only the bats and owls around.

mickw

Sorted
Just had reply from Jackie, we are OK for 29th July to 1st August

Fay,

I had surgery last week for a condition called Dupuytren's Contracture - the 2 little fingers on my left hand were gradually folding permanently inwards towards the palm.  The hand is now in a splint and I won't be able to drive for at least another week.

Mark

Fay

Oh well, good job it could be sorted Mark

Hope you recover quickly Mark and get full use of your hand again.

the 2 little fingers on my left hand

Mark,

Is it true your Uncle is your wifes sister great aunt, twice removed, and can play the duelling banjos with his 13 toes, and lives in the Everglades swampland near Dartford.  ;)

Tony - He might have 'two little fingers' but let it be known he can dismantle & reassemble a Canon EOS 400D down to the CCD in 10mins dead & it still works...  ;)

Mark - Good luck & hope you have a speedy recovery...
