Hello All

Hope you are enjoying the weather and doing some observing and imaging.  Double stars have been textbook over the last few days and the Moon and Sun have so much detail in them.

This one taken last night before it got dark at 19:47UT.  May be my best Moon image yet; focus and seeing were almost as good as it gets.

aptured 3000 frames at 77 fps with FireCapture v2.7 using 7.9ms exposure. Stacked best 150 frames and processed (wavelets) in AstroSurface.

Thanks Roberto.

Nice image, but it looks very dark on my computer.

Fay

Very good Roberto, a little dark on my screen too.....

Fay
It is healthier to be mutton dressed as lamb, than mutton dressed as mutton!

The Thing

Very nice Roberto. Not dark at all, the moon only reflects 9% and this is close to the terminator. I like how you have been able to keep the bright crater walls under control, they so often end up saturated.

Roberto

Thank you Carole, Fay!

Duncan, yes! I tried to keep the picture as it looked in the eyepiece. This region was close to the terminator and full of shadows and some bright spots.
Thanks

Roberto
