Lunar and Jupiter conjunction 27/05/18

Took this with my Nikon P900. Also managed to get Jupiter and the moons, but am going to have another go and see if I can do better. If I do, I will post it on here. But I don`t hold out much hope....

Excellent Doug, i must try and get one of those conjunctions , what time was this?

It was taken about 22.00 - 22.30 hrs. When I get an opportunity, I will have a go at Jupiter and it`s moons. I did image Jupiter etc, at the same time as the conjunction, but not a good image unfortunately. Very miniscule movement of the camera, even though it was on a tripod, it doubled-up the moons. Damn !!!

The Thing

Good shooting Doug! You even got a moon, if you look closely at Jupiter it's to the left. Scrolling the image a bit makes it easy to pick up.
