Observing Evening - 24th January

Just remembered to put this reminder on here about tonight`s observing evening. Meet at the OVMH at 8.00pm and we will see what we can do. Newbies... bring your newscope along if you are unsure how to work it and we will try and get it sorted out.

I would like to thank the ten guests plus two young boys and fourteen members for making tonight's observing evening a total and interesting success. We had a good look at the stars, nebulae and other stuff through a slightly murky sky through about six or seven telescopes, plus binos and quaffed cups of tea in-between times.
     
Let us hope that this continues to be a brilliant evening stargazing for all.

Sounds as though the observing evenings are developing into a great success.  I presume you will include this in your report.
