Another experimental shot with the new camera of Jupiter and Moons, this time at 4000mm zoom. Had the timer on for anti-shake, but still it blurred slightly. Oh well, press on.

If you're not using a tripod then try resting it on a cushion. Even better still, if you have a beanbag or one of those 'hot water bottles' that are filled with grains or beans then use that.

The camera was on the tripod but the extension pole in the centre was too high... it made it "wobbly" The next time I will leave the camera in a much lower position which should stop the wobble. But thanks for the comment.

The Thing

Good shot Doug! You could do a nifty timelapse with a few shots like that.

With the tripod, also hang a weight from it and it will be much steadier.

Well done catching Jupiter's moons but of course that means Jupiter is over exposed.
