Mars and Saturn taken on Wednesday night:

Taken with my new colour GP-Cam and x2 Barlow on Celestron C11 just as the mist started to descend.  Both are very low in the sky (no higher than 17degrees), I don't have a dispersion corrector and conditions were far from ideal.

Mars was 3000 frames out of 7000 frames at 30 frames/sec
Saturn was 1200 frames out of 1800 frames at 5 frames/sec

Processed in AutoStakkert!2 and deconvolved using my software.

It's just a shame it's the boring side of Mars!

Good results Mark, nice colour. Mars is looking very red this year due to the low altitude. I have been trying to get a half decent image of both for several nights but have been defeated by seeing as well as the long air column. The boring side of Mars is not so boring if you can resolve the volcanoes. But not this apparition, too low in the sky for us.
