Observing evening 8th March.

Don`t forget tomorrow is the third observing evening of this year, so let us hope the weather is going to be kind to us. Meet at the Change of Horses  in Farnborough village... for the uninitiated ... at 20.00 hrs. If it`s fine and clear we shall go and look at the sky. I don`t have a key to the field, so the park opposite the pub is not too bad. It`s very convienient... Remember to bring warm clothing.

Hope to see you all tomorrow. Of course, if it`s raining or snowing, we shall stay in the pub for a wet and a chat......

The weather was wet and miserable in Farnborough but the company in the pub wasn't too shabby and the Chilean Shiraz went down very well.
