Elan Valley granted dark sky status for stargazing

A sprawling Powys estate has become an official dark sky park.

Welsh Water-owned Elan Valley, near Rhayader, started the process to become an International Dark-Sky Park in 2012.

what about the clouds and rain!!!
It's just waiting for someone to splash out on some expensive new astro kit...
