I measured my new front door to the pub door two nights ago, it was 27 paces.  This is within the critical limit of 30 paces for serious drinking astro photography!

Bloody hell Chris - that means you could probably actually start imaging & then take your wireless laptop to the pub with you & drink beer all night whilst Teamviewed in.. How cool would that be....
