hmmmmmm,

flicking between the two, i prefer the blackness of the first one, but i also prefere the faint detail in the wispy bits on the second one,


i'd be happy with either though.

Mark - I much prefer the 2nd - a much more natural process & up to your normal standards - for me the first looks overprocessed - too harsh/ contrasty..
