To join this forum, please:

• Visit our main website at http://www.orpington-astronomy.org.uk/
• Go to the membership enquiry form at http://www.orpington-astronomy.org.uk/members/enquiry/
• Enter your name and email address (but don't worry about your postal address) into the form there, and mention in comments that you'd like to join this forum.

One of the admins will then add an account for you, and send you an initial password by email...

Please note that until you have made at least one post in the Introductions section you will have very limited access to the forum. Once you have posted in the Introductions section your access (including the places you can post and reply to posts) will be expanded. However, for good reasons (old-timers may remember...) this is not an automatic process...

...and if you are having trouble logging in, and the form on the main website doesn't work, then please try emailing rick at orpington-astronomy.org.uk.

...so if you've sent in a request, keep an eye out for these emails. Some email providers will rather helpfully label them as SPAM (because they talk about IDs and passwords) so if your provider has a SPAM box, check it as well.

Anyone interested in astronomy is welcome to browse this forum. OAS members can request full access, but you'll need to contact us via our main website. Please fill just the e-mail address, name and comments parts of the membership application form there, indicating you'd like to join our forum.
New members, please post in the Introductions board.
