Server one hour fast?

Just logged in (Nov 12 11:28pm) - most messages say "Yesterday at ...." and the clock at the top of the page says Nov13 12:28 am (one hour ahead ...)

Weird. I've knobbled a setting in the configuration to apply a -1 hour shift to times, but I've no idea why it should have taken it upon itself to shift itself forwards... Prod me if it goes out of line again.
