Hi,

This was very low to a mountain so my guiding would not work because the guide star was bouncing about 6 pixels or so?

Anyway 25 1 minute exposures for L and 5xRGB usable from 30+ images each :-(

HX916 binned 2x2

Ooh! Chris, that is nice. What does it mean when you take an image binned 2x2?
I have noticed you do a lot in this mode.

I think you can get medicine for that.

Well you learn a new thing every day :-) thanks Paul.

Fay, I don't do much in 2x2 anymore, I used to before I got a guider.  The only reason this is 2x2 is because the guiding would not work, there was a mountain just below the image and the thermals we're doing nasty things to the guiding.

The only other time I use 2x2 is sometime for RGB the RGB are 2x2 but the L is 1x1.
