Running Water (New Romney DSC) Update

As many of you know, after finding Running Water for DSC last year we were disappointed to learn that Len the owner was selling up and the new owner was going to turn the camp into a touring park.

Len suggested we might we able to go to his new place and we have been waiting for an update on this since autumn last year.

I chased him up this week by E Mail to find out what was happening.  I won't go into detail on the forum but suffice it to say that Len pulled out of the sale.

he also says:
"We've now taken control over Running Waters back, so we are here as usual.
We hope to see you soon"

So hopefully we can go back there again this year.

It's New Romney Doug.

Nice dark site with a good view of the southern horizon, and Len turns the toilet block lights out for us.  Hook up and once we got the field to ourselves.  He doesn't advertise but does sometimes get a party booking from abroad, so we can often go in peak season as he normally has space, whereas many campsites are booked out in the peak season.
