giving the relevant credit to the author ect.

Its a free document in the public domain, so things like copyright should not be an issue.

Its also probably covered under the fair usage policy.

Read and enjoyed.  it is pretty compendious, and up to date (far better than some of the books I have read).
It does go a little far on some details (like how to design, print and etch your own circuit boards and a pwm supply for dew heaters) but interestingly so.
