Details:

Our monitors have alerted us to a failed hard drive on SRV1.
We have scheduled replacement of this drive for 6pm UK time and the server will be offline for around 20 minutes while this is performed.
Once back up the RAID will need a short time to rebuild which may slightly affect performance but once complete will solve the performance issues we've been seeing today.
