That's worth knowing Mark, but then I keep getting conflicting information so it's difficult to know what is best, but then not many people actually analyse things like you do.

Duncan, I was talking about the same thing as you regarding the pause, but now it seems it's irrelevant.

I must admit that I tried giving 30s rest periods between subs and didn't notice any difference.  If you live in a hot country then that may be a factor but with the number of subs lost as a result of waiting the benefit quickly goes.

Yes, if I hadn't had 30s pauses between subs I would have got a 16th and probably a 17th for my Flaming Star image. That would have made a difference.
