Venus and Mercury

OK, so it won't win any awards for composition, but here is Venus (on the left) and Mercury together in the sky tonight (4 April 2010 after sunset).  Taken across a farmer's field from my place in Riberac, France.

Fantastic mag 5.8 (at least) sky tonight.  Down here with the Tak.  Done M44, now doing Makarian's Chain - I'm blown away by a single 5 minute exposure.  Great to use it under dark skies at last!
