The Sun, four pane mosaic, early test

Yup, that's exactly how i handled the putting together of the mosaic and the overlaying of the disk on the prominences. looks like tommorrow may be a good day, might have to get out and get some good data and have another bash!

I agree. Lot's of prominences.

From looking at the sun through the Coronado over the last few months and looking at other peoples images of the Sun, it is definitely starting to perk up a bit and show a bit more activity. It is building up a lot slower than expected, but there is a visible increase in 'stuff going on'. I am sure it won't be too long before it is covered in sun spots again.

I can't wait, I've never seen a sunspot before, this solar minimum just seems to never end!
