Hi I'm Sabina. I have just joined and am looking forward to finding out more about the universe. I have always wanted to know more about the stars and be able to identify the things we see in the sky.

Welcome Sabina, if you are a beginner, I would recommend you get along to one of the Observing nights, there will be a number of helpful people with equipment who will get you started.

Also get yourself something like a Planisphere for the Northern hemisphere 51 degrees North and stellarium for the computer which is free.
