Only single capture with Canon 7D MK II and 600mm lens. it was very windy and cold, and would have liked more resolution, but good to see, not as low as I was expecting, and good to get 4 moons

Excellent outcome Fay!

Nice capture.

I think you caught it just before Io became visible to the right of Jupiter.

Mark

Fay

Well done Fay, it's behind loads of trees from here.

Here's my attempt from the eyepiece of the Telementor Fay:

Taken whilst holding my mobile phone to a 9.7mm eyepiece!

I am hoping Robert can send us a fantastic shot from his efforts soon!

I was happy to have set up there, and happier still that some passers by managed to look at it through my scope - the WOWs were great!   An impromptu outreach with social distancing....

Oh great Roberto, very good Saturn

Great pics everyone!  Nice to see the planets featuring.

Well done with the Outreach Roberto - not sure I would have been so brave letting anyone near my scope.

I had a great view from my bedroom window using the image stabilised binos and saw much as in your great pic Fay.  Four good Galilean moons and could just make out the shape of Saturn's rings.  Did a bit of telephone Outreach and put info out on the Road Whatsapp which attracted a number of viewers from the responses. Used your picture Mark as an incentive this morning!

Really glad we got to actually see something with all these clouds about.

Clear skies

Hugh

The Thing

Great efforts. Wish I could see it here!

Rick

Glad some of you saw something of it. Here, last night was cloudy, tonight it's cloudy with added wind and buckets, and the forecast for tomorrow includes a rain warning... ;)
