Observing Officers report for March 2020.

     I shall be sending my Observing Officers report directly to Klitos, for inclusion onto the OAS website, in lieu of submitting it to the Meeting on the 25th March. I have made it quite full, with more written information than usual, so please have a look and read. Future reports will be on the Website. Keep your eyes peeled....
