Spheretec Concenter collimation tools

Has anyone experience of these Spheretec Concenter collimation tools -


I am thinking of gettting one instead of a Cheshire, the laser collimator I got is hopeless and a collimation cap doesn't really cut the mustard. The english instructions are here (PDF) but it seems too easy :}
