Gilbert's telescope

Gilbert Satterthwaite left this telescope to the society. We had thought to donate it to Greenwich or Herstmonceux but it is not of scientific or historical value.

Is anyone in the society interested in having the scope? - it is currently taking up space under the stairs at our house!
The base is very heavy and the rest is in a large cardboard box.

If you are interested please send me a personal message and we can arrange for you to come and collect it.
