I have two versions of this object for comparison:

a) LRGB done with filters - part done at the Brecon Beacons and part done at Kelling Heath
b) LRGB done with the QHY8L OSC camera combined with the luminance data from the Atik

Both with ED120
a) Luminance total of 15 x 600secs (Kelling and Brecon Beacons)
Red 7 x 600 secs (Kelling)
Green 4 x 600secs (Brecon beacons)
Blue 7 x 600secs (Kelling)

This is the version done with the QHY8L
Same scope imaged at Kelling Heath
OSC 6 x 600secs + luminance from the Atik camera 15 x 600secs

This was right on the edge of the FOV, but as it was about 4am and there is no looping or live view with this camera, at least I've not been able to find it yet, I was too tired to be naffed to attempt to move it.

The big version is looking quite good - I like the colours.  There's a weird artifact around the bright star near the bottom - was that caused by the mark on your luminance filter?

The QHY8L version has some elongated stars at the bottom right - I'm guessing something wasn't aligned/tightened.

Its a shame Carole I think if you would have framed and focused better you would have had some good results.

I think it must have been Mark.

As stated it was right on the edge of the field, and I think I didn't have the spacing quite correct with the FR and change of camera in the middle of the night.  The OSC was really just an experiment with the camera for comparison.
If I decide to go forward with the OSC I'll get this a bit better.  Also not even sure if that FR was right for that scope, I have another one on order.
