Astroart V5

I've just starting to have a play with AstroArt 5, has anyone got any good links to training sites, I'm particularly looking for a capture video tutorial and scripting tips.

As it looks like it could be clear for a little bit tonight I thought I might try AA5, as I've not found any good tutorials yet has any got a script which loops through filters, sets up filenames etc I could plagiarise?
