I have a free year of the above, is it any good?

Thanks

I use Microsoft security essentials, it's free for the foreseeable future...

Spybot says it can be possible malware.  I don`t have it: Panda Cloud is brilliant and is very effective.

I've heard of a few people having problems with it.

Fay,

I had McAfee for 2-3 years, and didn't seem to have any problems, and I was paying for it. But when I did have problems, a friend sorted it out, and advised me to remove it, which he did, and he installed Avast, which like Mac said is free, and I must say the PC runs better. :)
I suppose previously I had nothing to compare McAfee with, so it seemed good. :-?

Hope this helps.

McAfee is a rather large resource hog. I recommend Panda Cloud, plus it's free.
