Last night was perfect

Well I have to admit it last night was the clearest I've seen the sky since the start of Feb.  

However, it was my leaving doo at work and after 8 pints and apparently several double JD's I was talked out of getting the telescope out into the garden.

So I hope you all got some nice images

The Society's ETX had an outing at High Elms keeping the kids amused while the rest of us listened to the talks. We had a good natter in the pub afterwards...

Yeah, I threw the ETX in the car on the off chance it would clear. Sod's Law - it flippin' well did and i didn't have the camera with me !! By the time we got back from the pub it was a bit late to be setting up. If it's clear alter and I have time after decorating the study I will have a go with gettgn some pics from the scope.
