Astro Images competition

Saw Tony Sizer at Astrofest.
He was with a chap who is going to organise  the above on a monthly basis, with the Royal Observatory. I think he said that the BBC & Flickr are involved & it will be quite a big thing.
I said perhaps he can tell us about it at the next meeting.

Normally in competitions, if you are family or friends of the people / compnay running the competion
you are normally bared from entering.

Does that mean us, as society will be barred?

we did joke with Tony that it might look like an OAS takeover. I would say we had a good chance of being the best represented society on the Atik stand as well this year thanks to John and Chris...
