Gallery experiments

The re-arrangement I did to the main site's gallery last night allows for the possibility of extending it in the manner of the archive. I can probably just about fit the entire archive onto the main site at the moment, but that wouldn't leave much room for expansion.

Somethig between the current highlights and the full archive would be practical though.

If there's time, let's discuss it at the committee meeting tomorrow (Thursday).

Ok. The gallery on the main site has now got more than one page's worth of images. The gallery index has the newest images and links to four other pages grouped by subject matter.

The archive site has a comprehensive selection of categories and all the images.

Images may, in both cases, appear in more than one index if they fit in more than one category.
