RAS Lecture Meeting Friday 9th March

There's a free lecture series on Friday the 9th March at the Royal Astronomical Society, Burlington House (nr. Picccadily Circus). From 16:00 to 18:00.
Monthly A&G (Ordinary) Meeting (Geological Society Lecture Theatre, Burlington House)

   new evidence from the Stonehenge area and from Peru
Richard Stamper (RAL)
  The International Heliophysical Year
Carolina Ödman (Leiden)
  The UNAWE programme
Ofer Lahav (UCL)
  The Dark Energy Survey

It's easy to find, just go into the main square of the Royal academy of Arts and look for the last door on the right in the main archway before the square. It's the door to the Geological Society.  There is usually a sign outside with "RAS lecture" marked on it. Once in just say you're a visitor, they'll give you a badge. Free tea and coffee provided!
