Budget Crayfords

Hi,

I had a chat with Scope and Skies today, they have started to import the budget Chinese Crayford focusers for Refractors and Newts, these are 360 degree rotatable and are fitted to most of the 80mm APO's, for £69 standard vearsion and £89 for the 1:10 version which will arrives in about 3 weeks it seems like a bargain.

So if you have a cheapo Synth refractor or reflector this is a good upgrade, having said that if you have an expensive Orion Optics scope its a must because the standard focuser is rubbish.
