A few images gathered from Petts Wood in November, December and January.

Saturn with Titan transiting (animation) - 7 January 2025 - 17:22UT

Really rare event - although there have been a handful this apparition given Saturn's inclination - glad the weather somehow cooperated.
Also taken with the 10" f/20 Mak and making use of the new ADC at such low altitude.

Sun Ha - 9 January 2025 - 13:09UT - First light MLAstro SHG 700

Image comes from scanning an emission line of the sun produced by a diffraction grating (behind a very narrow slit).

Fabulous batch of images Roberto. I partocularly like the Animation of occultation of Ganymede and transit of Io, I can't seem to find a link to the video for this.

I also love the last image of Jupiter  and of course the Solar image with the spectroheliograph.

I am not going to be able to present every single one as the presentation is almost full.  I sincerely hope enough members look on the forum as well as on Whatsapp.
