Finally I had a evening with gaps between the clouds.  But washed out by the full moon!



100mm f/2.8 lens on Canon EOS R.  Single exposure of 4 sec at ISO 200 taken at around 7:30pm i.e. over an hour after sunset.

It was easy to find with binoculars but impossible with the naked eye on account of the moonlight.

A few folks with meteor cameras pointing the right way (mine don't...) have been picking it up in the last few days. Glad you managed to get a shot of it. Not seen it here. Weather here has been useless. Nights of 13th, 14th and 15th were completely clouded out. The last two nights have only had short gaps in the cloud, with meteor counts in the low single figures...

Nice Pic! Just as I saw it in binos last night from Cudham. 

As you say, not naked eye but easy to find once spotted.

Great result Mark, it will go in November members images as October is too full up with Aurora.
