New version of Cartes du Ciel

Hello,

A new testing version of Cartes du Ciel is available.

Drawing of the star is now improved using a new parametric method.
A picture database allow to display any number of FITS images to the chart.
It is possible to replace every object symbol by it's real image, a
package with 9894 images for the SAC database is available.
Other improvement include Double Star display and Milky Way color
selection.

To simplify the installation an installer is now available for Windows,
as usual it install without replacing the V2.7x, you can run the two
version simultaneously.
Linux users can choose rpm or deb package.
