ISS from Bough Beech

The ISS as it flew directly overhead between Ursa Major and Bootes. You can also clearly make out Corona Borealis. While the stars in the image are slightly elongated due to the longer 30 second exposure I still think it's a lovely starfield photo.



Canon 450D, 30 seconds at 18mm, f/5, ISO-400. Processed in Lightroom CC.

Really nice Kenny. I've never had a go at this sort of shot but there are three passes over tonight so I may just have a go.

Thanks. I saw two passes last night though I think there were 3. I also missed an Irium flare about 5-10 seconds before this exposure started. The tail end of the fading satellite is in the data.
