Title: The Moon

22/01/22 Colour and other things tweaked in Affinty Photo.

Well, a bit of it grabbed before the murk rolled in.

50% of 5000 frames, full frame cropped and resized 0.5.
Image date, time and location:   2021-12-18-2125 Manche, France
Telescope aperture and focal ratio:   Meade LX90 8" UHTC, f20
Camera and filters used:   ZWOASI294MC Pro, Pierro Astro ADC, x2 ED Barlow
Processing applied:   AstroSurface

Lovely  tycho  Duncan, seems a bit  green, nice and  sharp.  I wish I  had  the  knowledge!

Is that named after the Danish astronomer Tycho Brahe,  as on "Who Do You Think You Are" Dame Judy Dench found him in her family tree, also a very interesting connection to Shakespeare , a firm recommendation to waych it.

Nice to see the Moon featured again.  Lovely dramatic right edge to the Moon with the craters!

With that colour I'm not sure I'd take a bite if it was cheese - it would probably be even more smelly than Pont l'Eveque !
