Scope moved quickly at very end or beginning of exposure - its the stars trail. Other stars are too faint to produce a visible trail in the time.
Yup ,just the scope slewing and the exposure started before the scope stopped, zoom in and look at all the bright stars, they all have a faint line in the same direction, as for the main cygnus one, that just someone / something kicking / knocking the scope. probably right at then end when the exposure was just about to finish.

A. Nobody was out there as i image indoors.
B. why isnt the trail the same on each star and so long and convoluted on the one largest star.
c. possibly a gust of wind but why not in same direction.

Was this a guided image? my guess is yes,
Was it cloudy? Could have lost the guide star
Did an aircraft fly past and the guiding latch on to it? (Had that before especially if using a separate larger field guide scope).
Guided yes.
No cloud. didnt lose guide star. Use multistar guiding in PHD2.
An aircraft surely flies in a straightline not twisting and turning as in the sub.
