Title: Sun and Jupiter

Sun was taken on 19\02\2013 using a PST mod and QHY5L-ll mono camera.  Software was set to do an avi file of a 1000 frames.

Jupiter was taken on the 19\02\2013 at 15:02 (in day light) using a Celestron CR6 FL 1200, F8, QHY5L-ll mono camera.  Software was set to do an avi file of a 1000 frames.

Wow - Jupiter during daylight!  I don't remember anyone posting one of those before.

How did you find it in the sky?

Some nice features on the sun as well. 
How did you find it through the cloud?

I like the Sun, lots of proms and detail.

At least some-one found a bit of clear sky.

Very nice sun and a fantastic jupiter, amazed you got some bands

Had the mount set up on the polar alignment mark so it was roughly aligned could see the moon so
I synchronised on the moon then politely asked it to go to Jupiter which I could see in the finderscope.  :cheesy:
