Ken Pearson also went to Kelling but hired a cabin near the Astronomy field with his friend also called Ken (KenH) from Loughton AS. They also hired a pitch on which to put their scopes as the cabins are in the trees.
He asked me to post some of his photos:

Adrian's Photos.
The Steam train close up. Delphine and Ian and I and Adrian went to Sheringham/Holt and back to Weybourne on it. It will also stop at Kelling Heath on a very small platform if you hail it and coming back you have to tell the guard you need to get off at Kelling (never come accross a request stop train before). We decided to go from Weybourne so never had that experience. Stations are all done out in 1940's style with old adverts and luggage trolleys of old style luggage.

Some nice walks around Kelling, with lots of rabbits, pheasants, adders etc etc
this is the Walk which ends up by the small "Request Stop" Steam railway line.
