I noticed the problem a bit before 10am (BST) and opened a ticket with our provider. There was still a problem around 11:30. Obviously, it's back now, but I've no idea exactly when things first fell over nor exactly when they came back.
I noticed the outage about 09:00 BST, Rick. Unfortunately, I don't know how or o whom to report such things...sorry :(
In this particular case, you'd have needed a non-OAS email address, as the provider's entire system was offline.
Perhaps TOAST should include a brief list of contacts?
Can you get the forum police with 999 ?
