Yes.

Install Windows XP or Windows 7.

Vista!! I mean... come on!! You'd be better of with a Speak & Spell than a PC with Vista on it.

Might be the fact that the Jave install failed to completly install.
Try reinstalling Java again

www.java.com (http://www.java.com)

Failing that Reinstall windows xp. :lol:
