I'd just like to thank Tony for such an excellent talk tonight.  Thoroughly well researched and with impressively professional graphics and diagrams to backup and explain what he was saying.

Briefly the Milky Way - ancient beliefs, early discoveries, galaxy formation, size and motion of stars, black holes etc. etc.

It was excellent - when's the book out?  ;)

The three guys who sat about half way back said it was really good but some of it made their heads hurt. :roll:
