Title: Are We Alone?
Post by: Fay on Oct 23, 2009, 09:55:25
I really enjoyed the talk last night, very informative from lots of angles, humorous & easy to digest. Would like to hear it again in the future.

I agree with you, Fay.  As an avid reader of good science fiction books ..(Clarke,Asimov, etc) proper scientific investigations are really worth while and the talk was excellent.

We are not alone .............. or are we ??????

Yes. Agreed, very good speaker and the talk was presented well in a clear and informative manner. Entertaining too.

Did anyone manage to cobble together a report for TOAST and the website?

Yes we all did it on the back of a soggy beermat in the pub after a few pints.

I'll type our musings up and post them on the website.

I've had to suck the beermat clean first though. I hope everyone appreciates the sacrifice...
