Title: Hello from Les Granges..
Post by: JohnP on Sep 30, 2008, 23:33:47
Well I'm not as productive at processing as Mr. Suddell.. :-( lots to learn. Having fun with the little Atik though - captured images of Cocoon (LRGB), Elephant Trunk (HaRGB), Crescent (HaGB), NGC891 (not very good), Horse Head (HaRGB), M33 (L only) - Just working on M45 with DSLR...

All great fun - will process & post when I get back though...

Cheers,   John

Sounds like you're all having fun.  Am very jealous.  Here it is wet and howling with wind.

John,

Good to hear you're collecting good data as well.

How's Fay? Or have foxes/mountain wolves run off with her kit?

Fay has some fabulous images as well. Thank god tonight is actually cloudy (the first) - sitting here in front of log fire with red wine, whiskey, plate of cheese & french bread - ummmm... :-) Hopefully catch up on some Zzzzz'ssss

Wind?  So who's the culprit (or would that be telling)?

I might brave the wind here tonight just to experiment with my new Bahtinov Mask - sky is partly clear.
